View Dashboard

I led the design and implementation of a multi-page, self-service marketing dashboard within ECS’s Canto DAM platform, serving over 2,800 employees across more than 100 offices. The system streamlined access to branded assets, request forms, and training resources, turning a fragmented, request-heavy workflow into a centralized hub.

This project demonstrates how strategic UX and systems thinking can scale internal tools, boost productivity, and bring consistency to enterprise-wide brand execution.

Key Achievements:

  • +45% increase in asset downloads within 3 months

  • –60% drop in manual asset request emails

  • +35% faster onboarding with clearer access to branded content

Design Highlights:

  • Role-based navigation and modular layout

  • Embedded request forms integrated with ClickUp

  • Fully responsive, brand-aligned UI within platform constraints

Miami Landing Page:
100th Office Celebration

Role: Lead UI/UX & Product Designer/Creative Oversight
Platform: ActiveCampaign Landing Pages (Responsive Desktop/Mobile)
Goal: Mark the milestone of ECS’s 100th regional office with a celebratory and branded entry point

As the lead designer, I created a high-impact, responsive landing page to celebrate our 100th office location in Miami, blending engaging visuals, milestone storytelling, and clear CTAs. The modular template delivered strong engagement, drove virtual tour participation and RSVP conversion, and has since been reused for additional office launch pages.

Challenge:

  • Needed an engaging landing page to showcase the new Miami office and celebrate the company-wide 100-location milestone

  • Users needed a high-impact, informative experience tied to the milestone celebration

Objectives:

  • Build a visually compelling hero to evoke excitement around the 100th office

  • Communicate key details: why Miami, date, event highlights

  • Offer CTAs: virtual walkthrough, RSVP, download celebratory assets

  • Create a modular template that can be repurposed for other office milestones
