Over the course of five years at ECS, I served as the strategic and creative lead for the firm’s national brand identity and marketing execution. Working cross-functionally with business development, HR, and executive leadership, I developed a scalable visual system that supports effective communication and collaboration. I oversaw creative output across more than 100 offices nationwide, with a special focus on overall growth initiatives.

Creative Leadership & Brand Stewardship

  • Led the refresh and rollout of ECS’s corporate brand identity, including visual guidelines, templates, and messaging tone

  • Established internal standards and scalable design systems to ensure brand consistency across decentralized teams

  • Built and managed the company’s internal Marketing Dashboard using Canto DAM—automating access to branded assets and increasing productivity

Regional Campaigns & Office Launches

  • Directed creative campaigns to support ECS’s growing presence, including grand openings, recruiting pushes, and sector-specific outreach

  • Designed digital and print materials tailored to regional markets while aligning with national brand standards

  • Developed Miami-themed campaign materials for the launch of ECS’s 100th office, celebrating both local culture and a corporate milestone
