Over the course of five years at ECS, I served as the strategic and creative lead for the firm’s national brand identity and marketing execution. Working cross-functionally with business development, HR, and executive leadership, I developed a scalable visual system that supports effective communication and collaboration. I oversaw creative output across more than 100 offices nationwide, with a special focus on overall growth initiatives.

Creative Leadership & Brand Stewardship

  • Led the refresh and rollout of ECS’s corporate brand identity, including visual guidelines, templates, and messaging tone

  • Built and managed the company’s internal Marketing Dashboard using Canto DAM—automating access to branded assets and increasing productivity

Regional Campaigns & Office Launches

Miami 100th Office: Campaign

To celebrate ECS’s milestone of opening its 100th office in Miami, I directed and developed a full-scale, multi-channel campaign that blended bold creative with cultural relevance.

The campaign included six+ social videos and motion graphics, tailored for both corporate and regional audiences, featuring vibrant Miami-inspired design elements to capture attention across platforms. I created a custom corporate and regional logo system to brand the milestone consistently while allowing flexibility for localized celebrations.

To support bilingual outreach, I designed and launched two landing pages (English and Spanish), optimized for conversions and aligned with ECS’s broader brand strategy. I also developed a signature block design to extend the milestone branding into daily communications across the company.

For client and stakeholder engagement, I led the design of postcard mailers with bold visuals and concise messaging, reinforcing the celebration offline. The digital strategy extended through a five-month drip email campaign crafted in ActiveCampaign, designed to highlight people, projects, and regional impact while sustaining engagement long after launch.

This integrated campaign combined digital, print, and social touchpoints to celebrate ECS’s growth, strengthen its brand presence, and engage audiences across multiple channels.
